South End runs along the Blue Line light rail from just below Uptown down to New Bern station. It is one of the densest parts of Charlotte — apartments, breweries, offices and retail all packed along South Boulevard and the rail trail.

When a car breaks down in South End, it is usually in a tight parking spot, a crowded apartment lot, or on South Boulevard itself. We come to wherever the vehicle is sitting and fix it there.

The area covers the corridor from Carson Street down to Remount Road, with the rail trail running through the middle.
