1) Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, landing pages, forms, phone numbers, tracking lines, call recording systems, and related services operated by Mr Mobile Mechanic (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Lead Provider Only. Mr Mobile Mechanic is a marketing and lead-generation provider. We are not an auto repair shop and do not perform mechanic services. We connect prospective customers with independent, third-party auto mechanics who purchase phone-call leads.
2) Definitions
“Leads”: Phone calls, form submissions, or messages from prospective customers seeking auto services.
“Mechanics”: Independent businesses or contractors who purchase Leads and perform any resulting work.
“Users”: Individuals using the Services, including prospective customers and Mechanics.
3) Nature of Services
Mr Mobile Mechanic markets, routes, and sells Leads to Mechanics.
Mechanics are independent and are solely responsible for all advice, estimates, scheduling, workmanship, warranties, pricing, licensing, insurance, and compliance with laws.
Mr Mobile Mechanic does not control, supervise, or guarantee any mechanic’s work, availability, or outcomes.
4) User Responsibilities (Prospective Customers)
You are responsible for evaluating any Mechanic, including qualifications, pricing, estimates, warranties, and reviews.
All service agreements, payments, invoices, and disputes related to repair work are strictly between you and the Mechanic.
5) Mechanic Responsibilities (Lead Buyers)
You represent and warrant that you hold all required licenses, permits, and insurance and will comply with all applicable laws (including advertising, consumer protection, privacy, telemarketing/TCPA, and data security).
You understand and agree that:
Leads are sold on a per-call or per-inquiry basis as described at purchase or onboarding.
Billable Lead criteria and non-billable/spam criteria are defined in your plan or purchase page; you agree to those criteria.
Disputes for non-billable leads must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your plan; otherwise, charges are final.
You will not resell Leads or use them for unlawful purposes.
You will promptly and professionally handle customer communications and any complaints.
6) Payments, Credits & Refunds (Mechanics)
Fees are due as stated in your order, plan, or account dashboard.
We may assess charges automatically for each billable Lead.
As permitted by the plan, we may issue credits for validated spam calls or duplicate Leads; cash refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
7) No Professional Advice; No Warranty
Content available through the Services is for marketing and informational purposes only and is not mechanical, legal, financial, or safety advice.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR MOBILE MECHANIC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant: (a) the quantity, quality, or convertibility of Leads; (b) any Mechanic’s workmanship or availability; (c) that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MR MOBILE MECHANIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR PERSONAL/PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR ANY MECHANIC’S WORK.
9) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mr Mobile Mechanic and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) any work you perform (for Mechanics); or (d) your violation of law or third-party rights.
10) Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided by Mr Mobile Mechanic are owned by or licensed to Mr Mobile Mechanic and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
11) Acceptable Use
You shall not: (a) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (b) attempt to probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities; (c) use the Services for unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive purposes; or (d) collect or harvest information except as permitted by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
12) Call Recording & Monitoring
Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality, verification, analytics, and dispute resolution. By using the Services, you consent to call recording to the extent permitted by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.
13) Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting with the “Effective Date” above. Continued use indicates acceptance.
14) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access (including a Mechanic’s account) for any violation of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law.
15) Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it informally. If not resolved, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration or another lawful forum, as permitted by applicable law. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.
16) Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mr Mobile Mechanic regarding the Services.
Privacy Policy (Mr Mobile Mechanic)

This Privacy Policy explains how Mr Mobile Mechanic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when individuals interact with our websites, forms, phone numbers, tracking lines, and related Services. We are a lead-generation provider and share Leads with independent Mechanics who may contact you to provide quotes or services.
2) Information We Collect
Contact & Inquiry Data: Name, phone number, call recordings, caller ID, voicemail, email, service needs, vehicle details, preferred timing, location or service area.
Technical Data: IP address, device/browser info, timestamps, pages visited, referral URLs, and approximate geolocation.
Communications Data: Call recordings/metadata, SMS content/metadata, and form submissions.
Mechanic Account Data (for lead buyers): Business name, service categories, service areas, billing info (processed by third-party processors), plan selections, dispute submissions.
Cookies & Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixels, and tracking IDs for analytics, fraud prevention, attribution, conversion tracking, and service improvement.
3) How We Use Information
Provide, route, and optimize Leads to Mechanics;
Record, analyze, and verify calls for quality, billing, and dispute resolution;
Communicate with you about inquiries or Services;
Prevent spam/fraud and enforce our Terms;
Conduct analytics, attribution, and service improvement;
Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
4) How We Share Information
With Mechanics: We share your inquiry details (e.g., name, requested service, location, phone, call/audio) so a Mechanic can contact you, quote, and perform work. Mechanics are independent controllers of the data they receive.
Service Providers: Call tracking/recording platforms, analytics providers, hosting, CRM, payment processors, and anti-fraud tools.
Legal/Compliance: To comply with laws, regulations, court orders, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
5) Call Recording & Consent
We may record or monitor calls for quality assurance, training, analytics, verification, and dispute resolution. By using our tracking numbers or Services, you consent to recording as permitted by applicable law.
6) Marketing & Communications
We may send transactional messages related to your inquiry or account.
With your consent (where required), Mechanics and/or Mr Mobile Mechanic may send promotional messages (e.g., SMS, calls, emails). You may opt out via provided instructions or controls in the Services.
7) Cookies & Analytics
We use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, attribution, and conversion tracking. You may manage cookies through your browser settings or site-level controls, though some features may not function without them.
8) Data Retention
We retain information as needed for lead routing, billing verification, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business purposes. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirements.
9) Your Privacy Choices & Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to: access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information; object to certain processing; and opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale”/“sharing” of personal information (as defined by applicable law).
Where available, submit requests through any privacy or “Do Not Sell/Share My Info” controls or forms provided within the Services.

Our Services may link to third-party websites or connect you with Mechanics. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Mechanics independently determine how they handle your data once received; review their policies directly.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance.

Lead Provider Only. Mr Mobile Mechanic is a marketing and lead-generation service. We do not provide auto repair services and are not a mechanic, dealership, or repair facility.
Independent Mechanics. Any work performed after you contact or are connected with a Mechanic is provided by an independent third party. That Mechanic is solely responsible for pricing, diagnostics, recommendations, parts, workmanship, warranties, and customer service.
No Endorsement or Guarantee. Listing, routing, or connecting you with a Mechanic does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Mr Mobile Mechanic of that Mechanic’s qualifications, pricing, availability, timeliness, or quality of work.
No Professional Advice. Information on our sites or in our communications is for marketing and general information only and does not constitute professional or technical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for your specific vehicle and circumstances.
Call Recording. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, analytics, verification, and dispute resolution, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Mobile Mechanic disclaims liability for any damages arising from or related to mechanic services performed by third parties or your reliance on information obtained through our Services.
Your Responsibility. You are responsible for evaluating any Mechanic, reviewing estimates and warranties, and making final decisions about services for your vehicle
